1-Finding accommodation

One of the greatest challenges faced by Students and Professionals is finding accommodation, especially when they land in a country for their very first time. There are different types of accommodation that allow you to make measure savings.

2-Types of accommodation

University Halls of Residence

Most universities accommodate their first year students in their own accommodation. The quality and rent price varies a lot but you will usually be allocated a room in a shared flat with other students.

Private Halls of Residence/Communal Blocks:

Private halls are not owned by the university but may appear to be similar to the traditional halls of residence. They are usually laid out in shared flats and studio apartments with excellent quality accommodation and communal facilities.

Private Renting

This type of student accommodation isn’t for everybody as you may feel completely independent and more free. The costs can also seem higher and they do tend not to include bills.
